Yajirishikun, always cheerful, doodles all over the night sky. Let's go on a space trip with a rocket drawn by Yajirushi. There is also a commentary on the constellations.

"Planetarium 100th Anniversary Part 2" All live commentary
May 7, 2025 is exactly 100 years since the first public showing of a modern planetarium. This is exactly 100 years since the first modern planetarium was opened to the public. We will introduce the history of planetariums and suggest ways to enjoy planetariums of today. There will also be a commentary on the constellations.

"Starry Sky Walk" Full-length live commentary
Seasonal starry sky and astronomy ・ Topics of the universe are introduced. Enjoy the unique narration of each commentator.

Admission 350 yen for adults, 160 yen for high school students and younger
Tickets are available at the counter on the 3rd floor of the Cultural Center Library Building

We will talk about sparkling astronomical topics with familiar and nostalgic tunes and commentary on tonight's starry sky. This time we will talk about "The Sun in its Active Phase".

★ Chick Planetarium for infants and families
4/23 (Wed.) ・ 26 (Sat.), 5/24 (Sat.) ・ 28 (Wed.) 11:30 12:00
This program is for young children who have never been to a planetarium before. Children can connect stars and draw pictures of the starry sky, listen to music and star stories, and become familiar with the starry sky in a fun atmosphere.
As long as your children do not cry, they are welcome to come to the planetarium, even if they are a little
nervous about the dark.
Admission 200 yen for adults, free for children, tickets available from 11:00 on each day


★ Ninsan Planetarium with Library for adults

Picture book reading and a CD concert featuring the story of the birth of the stars.
Infants are welcome to enter the museum together. （ If they cry, leave the room ）
Target ： Pregnant women, parents with infants and their families, and general adults
Admission ： Free for parents with a mother-child certificate
Other adults: general projection fee （ Within city 280 yen, outside city ）
Free for children under high school age

The annual theme is "The shape of the hoshi changes depending on where you look. You may attend only one session. Please make a reservation at least one day in advance by phone or at the planetarium counter.

in the dome After the stargazing commentary, we will watch the actual starry sky on the rooftop of the Cultural Center. In case of rain or cloudy weather, only commentary will be given at the dome.
Target ： Elementary school students ～ Adults (Preschool children are not allowed to participate. Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Capacity ： 50 people
Reception ： 19:05 ～ Please come to the 1st floor entrance of the library building between 19:25.
*You will not be allowed to enter the library after the reception time.
Admission fee: 280 yen for adults within the city, 350 yen for adults outside the city, free for high school students and younger

Safe viewing of the surface of the Sun using a telescope in the daytime sky. Please come near the front yard of the Cultural Center during the event time.

★ Stargazing Party and "Planetarium 100th Anniversary Grand Finale"

October 2023 The grand finale event of the "100th Anniversary of Planetarium" from October to May this year will be held simultaneously all over Japan. Please join us to participate remotely, and "Star gazing party" in May will be held at the same time.
Eligibility ： Elementary school students ～ Adults (Pre-school children are not allowed to participate. Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Capacity ： 50 people
Reception ： 18:05 ～ Please come to the entrance on the 1st floor of the library building between 18:25.

Admission fee: Local adults 280yen, Non-local adults 350yen, High school students and younger free
