A large-scale performance event will be held at the City Hall Square in front of the Taipei City Hall. Well-known local and foreign artists and performance groups will perform. This will be paired with the famous Taipei 101 New Year countdown show, which is shared by people from around the world.

To Wind up another fantastic year of Morning Melodies, Promac Productions Australia, led by perennial favourite funnyman Christopher McKenna and his Company, will bring their highly acclaimed Christmas production to Encore Events Centre.

九州三大祭りのひとつに数えられる八代神社の「八代妙見祭」は江戸時代から続く秋の大祭。
国指定重要無形民俗文化財に加え、2020年にはユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録され注目を集めています。
祭りの目玉「神幸行列」では妙見神の乗り物とされる大きな亀蛇や獅子、さまざまに飾られた笠鉾などが列を成します。
御夜（ごや）は妙見祭の前夜祭で、本町アーケードなどで笠鉾や亀蛇の展示のほか、スタンプラリー等のイベントがあり、祭り気分を盛り上げます。

2024 marks the centenary of the birth of Jin Yong (Dr Louis Cha), a literary giant in Chinese literature. ‘A Path to Glory — Jin Yong’s Centennial Memorial’ is a memorial event that encompasses culture, art, creativity, heritage and education, paying tribute to the master of martial arts fiction. The event consists of ‘The World of Wuxia’ exhibition at Edinburgh Place, Central, and the ‘Sculpted by Ren Zhe’ exhibition at Hong Kong Heritage Museum.

The Great Reno Balloon Race is the world’s largest free hot-air ballooning event. During four days in early September, you can look up into the Reno skies and see a rainbow of hot air balloons soaring about. From its humble beginnings in 1982 with just 20 balloons, The Great Reno Balloon Race has taken flight with up to 100 balloons each year. The idea was to create an event that would keep visitors in town the weekend between the State Fair and the Reno Air Races and 42 years later, it is known as a world-renowned, and locally, a beloved community tradition.
