One room in a house （ 4B2B ） for rent in a good location. It is a quiet residential area around the house. Male roommate needed, please contact me if you would like to move in together. Currently, the other 3 rooms are all male.

Las Becas strip （ Venetian Resort Hotel) ： 15 mins by car, one bus to go ） about 35 mins (no need to change buses)
McCarran Airport in Las Becas ： 20 minutes by car


Smoking, drug use, partying, pets, bitcoin mining , please refrain. Please do not bring others into the house without permission.


Deposit ： One month rental fee. We will return the deposit after we confirm that there is no damage to your belongings. \v3467> Rental Fee ： USD 600/month/per person （ Annual Contract ） ,
USD 650/month/per person （ Half Year ）
The above rates include utilities within a certain amount. If the utility fee per person exceeds the said amount, an additional fee will be charged.
