Wonderful home centrally located near all the best places in Los Angeles; Mountain hiking, Parks, and markets are all within walking distance. Also, Beverly Hills is 5mnt away, and Hollywood is 10mnt away..

I am seeking a Student or quiet, mature, easy-going individual with a JOB or salary based w/verified paystub for a roommate.
