We are pleased to offer for rent a room in the living room of a Sawtelle in the 7-Eleven neighborhood in Olympic/Sepulveda.
The room is well-lit, airy, and private, and is enclosed by a wall.　　
The carpet was replaced with new flooring last year, and as I am the owner, I like to keep the room clean.
