We are looking for a tenant for a private room, available from 6/1.
Conditions are as follows.

A house in Culver City （ Quiet and quite and safe ）
This is the largest private room.
This room has its own private entrance. （ You can also use the common entrance ）
Bath ・ Toilet is in a sha （ with one man ）
parking space is available on site and you can find a space on the street with plenty of room.
Laundry and dryer are on site.
Gas and electricity are shared monthly, house cleaning every 2 weeks.
Metro is within walking distance, so you don't need a car. There is also a bus stop nearby.
It is a 4bed 2bath and we share one bath and toilet.
I am Japanese, but all the rest are American.

Now that the area is being developed and Apple has an office here and the rent is high, this amount is still cheap.
