｢吹奏楽の甲子園」とも呼ばれる全日本吹奏楽コンクールで、出場した年はいずれも金賞を受賞してきた実力校と、県内唯一のプロオーケストラとの熱気あふれるサウンドがホールに響き渡ります。

Embark on a musical journey with the timeless beauty of Brahms' Symphony No. 4 and the joyful exuberance of Schumann's Symphony No. 1, "Spring." Experience the profound emotions and masterful craftsmanship of these symphonic works, as they transport you to a world of melodic richness and orchestral grandeur.

The JSYO Repertory Orchestra and Philharmonic will perform alongside members of the Jacksonville Symphony for a concert you won’t want to miss!

Performing Arts Houston

Two mighty orchestras present a rousing, jazz-meets-classical event. Discover selections from Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet, alternating between the original orchestral version performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and imaginative new jazz arrangements presented by the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Both ensembles join forces for a selection from Wynton Marsalis’ Swing Symphony, which The Telegraph calls “a journey through jazz history and the sounds of America itself.”

The Reno Phil Chorus joins the orchestra for the rousing season finale. Audiences will be delighted by the powerful sound of Poulenc’s Gloria, mixing musical styles with a dizzying, kaleidoscopic effect. The 55th season will close with one of Mahler’s most magnificent works, his Symphony No. 5. From the first trumpet call, to delicate Adagietto, to massive horn anthem, each moment is brimming with emotion.

The Commemorative Air Force and the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center will host its third annual evening of dinner and dance, The Victory Ball.
