2 ． Arrive at the gym on the day

3 ． Pre-counseling 5 min
Diet We will briefly ask you about your goals, exercise history, eating habits, etc.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

4 ． Trial Personal Training 40 min
Based on the area you want to lose weight and your objectives, we will check your body functions while having you actually move your body lightly.

5 ． Post-trial counseling 10 min
Based on exercise physiology and nutrition, we will advise you on your desired diet plan.

6 ． End
Please rest assured that we will not solicit you to do anything.

Wear comfortable clothes such as jerseys or training wear
（ You can either come directly to the gym in comfortable clothes, or change in the changing rooms. You can either come directly to the gym or change in the gym changing room. ）
