I'm renting out the bedroom with a private Bathroom and full access to the common areas, living room, dining room, and kitchen. You'll be assigned 1/2 of the kitchen cabinet space. Washer and drying on-premises. Quiet atmosphere in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Street parking.

This wonderful home is centrally located near all the best places in Los Angeles; mountain hiking, parks, and markets are all within walking distance. Also, Beverly Hills is 5mnt away, and Hollywood is 10mnt away..

I am seeking a student or quiet, mature, easy-going individual with a job or salary based on a verified paystub for a roommate.
