Prevention and measures against colds 風邪の予防と対策

This is Informatin of Energetic Life.
This time we will be informing you about "cold prevention and countermeasures."

As the seasons change from autumn to winter, it's easy to get sick and catch a cold due to changes in temperature between mornings and evenings.
Take early precautions to prevent colds and stay healthy.


What to do if you think you might have a cold
- Eat foods that warm the body and are easy to digest, such as ginger porridge.
Warming the body will boost your immunity and speed up recovery from a cold.
- If you feel like you're coming down with a cold, aim to get at least 8 hours of sleep, keep your body warm, and go to bed earlier than usual.
- Gargling reduces bacteria in your mouth and also moistens the mucous membranes of your throat and nose, making it effective in preventing colds.
Practice this together with washing your hands.

こんにちは!「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は「風邪の予防と対策」についてお知らせします。

秋から冬にかけての季節の変わり目は、朝晩の気温の変化などから体調を崩し風邪をひきやすくなります。早めの風邪対策で元気に過ごしましょう。


「風邪かな?」と思ったときの対処法
・生姜粥など、体を温め消化のよい食事を摂りましょう。体を温めると免疫力が高まり風邪の回復を早めます。
・風邪気味のときは8時間以上の睡眠を目安に、体を温かくしていつもより早めに就寝しましょう。
・うがいをすることで、口の中の細菌を減らし、さらにのどや鼻の粘膜を潤すことができるので、風邪予防に効果的です。手洗いと一緒に実践しましょう。
