King County Metro’s Mobility division has an exciting opportunity to hire a *Supervisor of Fare Media Sales. *

*Job Overview:* The Supervisor of Fare Media Sales will oversee several key components of our Fare Media Sales operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and community engagement. This role is crucial in enhancing public transit accessibility and supporting our mission to provide sustainable and equitable transportation solutions.
 
*About Us:* The Fare Media Sales group is a multi-faceted operation designed to meet the diverse transit needs of our community. The office manages several critical components, each dedicated to enhancing access to public transportation through a variety of programs: 

*Pass Sales Office:* Direct customer engagement and fare media sales at service locations. Handles sales, troubleshooting, and in-person assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
*Business Choice Team:* Develops transit solutions for local businesses. Manages bulk ORCA card sales, coordinates with regional partners, and maintains stakeholder relationships.
*ORCA Regional Mail Center: *Processes and fulfills fare media orders for the regional transit network. It ensures efficient and timely delivery for individual and bulk requests.
*Neighborhood Pop-up Events:* These events bring fare media sales and support to communities and expand the reach and access to public transportation services.
*ORCA LIFT Program Administration:* This program provides reduced fares for low-income individuals. It works with local partners to enroll eligible participants and support equity initiatives.
*Subsidized Annual Pass Program:* This program offers fully subsidized transit passes for vulnerable populations and manages eligibility, enrollment, and ongoing support.
