Studio available for rent for travel.

Available for one month only from April 1 to April 30.
（ We are not looking for a stay that lacks the desired period of time ）

Great location with flowers and grass.
bicycles can be rented free of charge.
Cars can be easily parked at street parking.

8am ～ 8am to 8pm is the rule.

All you need is here, so you can start living right away.

・ Deposit （ Reservation ・ Security Deposit ） ￥ 100,000 yen
50% refundable if cancelled 1.5 months in advance.
Cancellation less than 1 month before the check-in date is 100% non-refundable
no matter what the reason.
If there is no damage, breakage, or theft of equipment when you move out, and

the room is clean and in good condition,
we will refund the full amount of the cleaning fee ・ less the bank transfer fee
by bank transfer.

When you move out, we will ask a professional cleaning service.


There is no curfew. Please use common sense.
