Hi! I’m looking for amazing 2nd, and 3rd roommates to move in on November 1st.

The place is in DTLA, near attractions like The Bloc, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dodger Stadium, Good Samaritan Hospital, The Broad, and Los Angeles Center Studios. Starbucks, Chipotle, and grocery outlets are downstairs.

Two roommates will share a bathroom in the hallway. The room also has a decent-sized closet, perfect for light travelers.

A bit about me - I’m a male working in the music industry as a Music Producer & Audio Engineer. I love music but I have a passion for photography, working out, and MMA, among other artistic and active pursuits. I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and open-minded. I’m open to musician roommates or anyone who is responsible and appreciates a laid-back atmosphere, who are understanding and flexible, creating a harmonious living environment.

I’m primarily looking for a 6 term but a month-to-month option is also available as well.
