Roommate

Furnished, clean room, Japanese female roommate desired.

A beautifully furnished private room is available for two months from July 1 to the end of August. It is a large 3-bedroom unit with a queen-size bed, a desk and chair, a mini-fridge, a large closet, a wardrobe and a full-length mirror, and everything you need for living.
Bedding and linens are provided at no extra charge. The bathroom is shared with another woman, but there is a half bathroom in the living room as well, so you can use it comfortably.

Shared laundry is on the basement floor.

The building has a doorman and an elevator. Located on Roosevelt Island, one stop from Manhattan, it is ideal for convenience and safety. It is about a 5 minute walk from the station.

We are two friendly women and would prefer a Japanese woman who is quiet and clean to use the apartment.

We have a cat, so cat lovers only please.

We can accommodate short term, but we ask for at least one month.
