Fully furnished room in a house in South Torrance in a nice environment. The room is fully furnished with a desk, bed, small refrigerator, microwave, wardrobe, and rack for hanging clothes. A regular closet and chest of drawers are located right next to the outside of the room. The room is small, so it is suitable for people with little luggage. We are an elderly couple family with a separate bathroom. There are always 4 female housemates, but one of them is leaving the room. The four housemates share one shower and two toilets. There are Mitsuwa Market, Tokyo Central Shopping Center (10 minutes walking distance), and Seiwa Market nearby. There are many bus stops and shopping centers nearby, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to live. Only female non-smokers are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Laundry and kitchen facilities are available. The rent includes internet and utilities. Heater is not available in winter. Deposit is $100. Month to month lease. Students or those who have a job.
