*Q:* What is the difference between a "Special" meeting and a "Regular "Meeting?

*A:* All meetings held at 7:00 PM on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Monday of the month are "regular." A meeting becomes special when it falls outside of the meeting schedule, either by date or time. Having a "special "meeting does not mean the topics discussed are "special."
