1月の未来コースは・・・「家族みんなで召し上がれ！ぼく・わたしの味噌づくり！」です。
２０２１年最初の未来コースは食育企画☆
食育は、生きる上での基本。知育・徳育・体育の基礎となるもので 、
様々な経験を通じて「食」の知識と「食」を選択する力を育みます。
今回の未来コースでは、そんな食育をテーマに日本伝統食材『味噌』づくりにチャレンジしてもらいます！
お味噌を自分で作ったことがありますか？
普段何気なく食べているお味噌。
調味料の役割だけでなく、栄養価が高く、保存もできる優れた食材！！
味噌作り体験の中で、お味噌が何からできているのか、どうやって出来るのか
科学と文化の両方を学んでいただきます。
自分で作ったお味噌は格別(^^♪
ぼく・わたしがつくった世界に一つのお味噌。
お一人１パックお持ち帰りいただけますので、ご家族皆さんでどうぞ召し上がってください。
今回は外部講師をエスタにお呼びし、衛生対策、コロナ感染対策も徹底した上で実施いたします。
