Beautifully furnished, doorman elevator building.

A large 3-bedroom unit in a building with doorman and elevator is available starting October 1. The room is about 8 tatami mats bright with a nice view and is fully furnished.
Full size bed, bedside table, desk and chair, small refrigerator, closet, wardrobe, lamps, and everything you need for living. Both air conditioning and heating work well.

The bathroom is shared with another Japanese woman, but the living room also has a half bathroom for guests, so you can use it comfortably.

Linens are provided free of charge for those who need them, and there is a 24-hour coin laundry in the basement.

Located on Roosevelt Island, one F stop from Manhattan. Convenient, safe, and green, it is an ideal environment for a woman to live. It is a 5 minute walk from the station and there is a free island bus service.

Rent is $1200/month including utilities and Wi － Fi.

We are two Japanese women who are working adults with common sense. We would like a Japanese female roommate who can live with us.

We have a cat, so we are asking for animal lovers only.
