●People are gathering around Los Angeles City Hall and federal facilities near Little Tokyo （Note ） to protest the recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement （ ICE ） illegal immigration raids, and the area around the facilities is under increased security by the National Guard National Guard, National Guard ） and others.
（ Note ） Edward ・ Roybal Federal Building （ East ・ block between Temple and Alameda Streets ） one block from the National Japanese American Museum in Little Tokyo.

●As of 3:00 p.m. on August 8, no major clashes have occurred regarding protests, but people continue to gather around federal facilities to protest, and we cannot predict the future situation.

●For this reason, Japanese visitors and residents in the Little Tokyo area are advised to stay away from the areas where protests are taking place, including the area north of the Japanese American National Museum （ East ・ between Temple and Alameda Streets ）.
