After graduating from Kokushikan University, Faculty of Physical Education, she worked at a fitness club.
After retiring, she succeeded in losing 20Kg in 3 months by training and improving her diet, which she gained due to childbirth, and resumed full-fledged activities as a personal trainer in 2014 while balancing housework and childcare.
