Room rent

This is a very small but private and comfortable room in the back yard with a queen size bed. The bathroom is shared with a family of 3 （ 8 year old son ） in the main house. There is a small dog and two hypoallergic cats.
Utilities, wireless network, use of laundry included $ 30 per day (twice a week). bathroom and kitchen are shared in the main house. No smoking. Please feel free to contact me for more information ！.
