Social Security and Medicare taxes

I am starting an LLC with two members. We paid taxes for each of us when we filed our tax returns, but we forgot to ask our accountant about Social Security and Medicare taxes. I am asking here because I would like you to explain it in Japanese. Are the Social Security and Medicare taxes included in the Federal and State taxes paid ？ When I used to start my own business as an individual without an LLC, I did not have to take any separate action to pay these taxes. I was previously a sole proprietor without an LLC, and it looked like I paid the tax on my file even though I did not take any action to pay it.
