Pearl Harbor, the Pacific Aviation Museum, also the setting of World War II, was created by converting a hangar that was actually in use at the time.

The Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor is located on historic Ford Island, where the bombs were dropped during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
The museum recounts the events of that day in the iconic 158-foot red and white Ford Island control tower, Hangar 37 （ Main Building ） and 79 （ Exhibition Hall 2 ）,
and in the glass windows of Hangar 79, where bullets from that day still remain. Hangar 37 still has bullets from those days. Hangar 37 displays WWII-era aircraft,
and hangar 79 houses many famous and unique aircraft awaiting restoration.

The main building has a unique museum ・ store and Laniakea ・ café, where visitors can enjoy shopping and dining in a 1940s atmosphere.

Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor （ Hangars 37&79, 319 Lexington Boulevard, Ford Island,Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii 96818 ） is
a non-profit organization as defined in Section 3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code （ IRC ） Section 501 ԁ(c)号. Its mission is to develop and preserve an internationally recognized aviation museum on Ford Island. Its purpose is to preserve the history of Pacific aviation by telling the story of those who fought in the Pacific region to protect freedom for all people.

Airmen Tour : Guided tour in Japanese to the Main Building （ Hangar 37 ）, Exhibition Hall 2 （ Hangar 79 ）

A Japanese guide will take you to the two hangars and show you the Japanese guides will take you to two hangars and show you actual aircraft used in World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War, and the Cold War, along with episodes from aviation history in the Pacific.
Only available on the Airmen's Tour, Navy Captain Ted ・ See aircraft undergoing restoration up close at the Seeley Restoration Workshop.

Advance reservations are recommended for the Japanese language aviator tour.
