Pasadena Studio Apartment

We are looking for someone to take on the lease of a Studio apartment in the city of Altadena, east of Pasadena.
・ 2nd floor of a store （ relatively quiet location, noise is not a problem ）
・ water, gas, garbage disposal included （ electricity not included ）
・ heater and air conditioning （ a bit old but performance ）
・ New system kitchen （ Just installed when I moved in in September ）
・ Microwave and oven
・ Bath with tub （ Strong water pressure is my personal ）
・ Double lock
・ Two entrances, one from the street and one from the parking lot
・ There is a barber shop and cafe on the ground floor, a convenience store and McDonalds across the street nearby and in the evening a taco stand nearby. Taco stand sells tacos
・ 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Eaton Canyon Trail （ Popular hiking trails ）
・ Only drawback is no laundry room, use nearby coin Use laundry

I was originally based in Pasadena for work and just rented in September, but had to move suddenly and am looking for someone to pay rent instead. I am looking for someone to live in the apartment instead of me as I really liked the spaciousness for the price. Please feel free to contact us.
