Healthy teeth and gums and aligned teeth are essential to a beautiful smile.
Recent years have seen tremendous progress in the field of dentistry. Many wonderful technologies have been developed, including dental implants. But, of course, nothing is better than healthy, natural teeth.
The reluctance to seek treatment for a tooth when it becomes loose eventually leads to the need to continue to undergo difficult and expensive treatment. In today's age of extended human life span, we are expected to use our teeth for 70 or 80 years in a beautiful and healthy condition. To achieve this, it is important to continue solid dental care from the start, backed by the right knowledge.
We believe that it is very important for the child's long future that parents, based on correct preventive knowledge and methods, create a mouth and clean dentition that are resistant to caries from the time they are babies and children. Leaving baby teeth decayed or being unaware of newly erupted permanent teeth can complicate and make it difficult for the completed adult permanent dentition to develop problems later.
For these reasons, I consider a child's first visit to the dentist's office to be an important event in his or her life, and I try to handle it carefully. I have been practicing dentistry to this day after completing a specialty course in pediatric dentistry, based on my belief in the prevention of caries in children and young adults, early treatment, and the development of proper dentition. And I hope to continue to help children to have healthy teeth throughout their lives.
