What you need ： Yoga mat, blanket, yoga block if you have one, eye pillow or eye cover, bolster or cushion. Please bring a notebook and pen as there will be some writing work involved.

Clothing ： We will move together in the first half. Please wear comfortable clothes.

15 years experience teaching yoga in English and Japanese in Los Angeles and as a Yoga Teacher Development Trainer. She has been teaching yoga for 20 years and has over 1600 hours of yoga experience. She has 20 years of experience teaching yoga and has over 1600 hours of experience teaching yoga in a comprehensive manner. She has taught at YogaWorks in Santa Monica and other major studios as well as a yoga teacher trainer, and has 13 years of experience teaching at Google and other major companies. She has been published in Yoga Journal （ English ・ Japanese ） and has taught at major yoga festivals in the US and Bali.
