Furnished but not necessary if you don't need it, you can use kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies.
Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. Laundry room is shared.
Garage parking is available
Fuji water is used for drinking water, so you don't need to go to the store to buy water.
Security is not a problem as there are cameras at the gate door and two entrance doors. There are two Chihuahuas in the house, so please do not bring any animal allergies.
