I agree with 61. I was able to get a 10-year green card very early, but people like 61 told me that at first I could only get 2 or 3 years, or that I couldn't get it that early, or that it wasn't a working permit, etc. When I finally showed them my green card, they got all embarrassed and said I was lucky. If what you are saying is true, there should be an official page on the immigration website explaining that marriages with GC holders will be processed and the CG will be delivered in a few months.
Just post that URL, in English, and you'll have a shot.

But if there is no official site or page that publicly states such a thing, it is hard to convince anyone.

The GC may say the date of issue, but not the date of application, so even if you show it to them, they can't prove how long it took you to get that.
