On behalf of the owner, I am looking for a housemate for a house in Van Nuys.

The rent is $ 650 and the deposit is $ 200, but the deposit is non-refundable so the actual first month $ 850.
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so please no one with allergies.
The apartment is also furnished (bed, desk, shelves and closet), so it is recommended for those who don't have any furniture. If you have furniture, please dispose of it as we do not have space to store it.

Buses to North Hollywood are a 7 minute walk away and buses to Burbank are a 15-20 minute walk away.
And Amtrak and Metrolink stations are a 15-20 minute walk away.
