Housemate needed in a spacious 3BR/3BA house.

room is large enough, toilet ・ bath is shared style （ not in the room ）
I and another roommate （ American ） also have our own toilet ・ bath as well. You can use it as your own bathroom.
No smoking. （ I am allergic to smoke. ）

There are dogs and chickens on the property, and wild animals often appear, so animal lovers are welcome.

Rent will be ＄ 1165, plus utilities.
Deposit is 1 month rent.
Laundry has washing machine but no laundry.
Everyone hangs their clothes in the backyard. （ It dries faster than a dryer especially in the summer ）
