Gardena Townhouse 3 beds 3baths] Looking for someone to fill one room.

We are looking for someone to occupy one of our townhouses 3 beds 3 baths in Gardena. It is a beautiful townhouse and modernly built.

*Living room and kitchen in photos are before move-in.

The unit has 3 floors: entrance and garage on the 1st floor, living space, kitchen and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, laundry and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, and one room on the 3rd floor is available.

The rent is $ 1175 + utilities （ electricity, gas, water, wifi ）. Utilities are divided among all residents, and are roughly $ 90 per person. All roommates are in their 20s.

We are relatively flexible on the timing of your move, but we would prefer late August or early September if possible. Please contact us if you are interested in any other date.

For reference, the room size is a full size bed and a large desk.

There are two Tokyo Central within a 10 minute drive, Nijya within a 10 minute drive, and Ralph's and Target within a 10 minute walk （ ）. 110 and 405 freeway entrances are a 10 minute drive away.
