Housemate Wanted

We are looking for someone to share a house in a well located apartment in WLA.
Preferably someone who is willing to live in the apartment for a long term (1 year or more would be best).
Can be discussed.

Bathroom is shared.
Close to bus stop, convenient to UCLA and SMC.
Walking distance to Japanese market and convenience stores.
Deposit is for 1 month
(We will refund when you move out unless there is major damage, but we will not refund if you move out suddenly before the contract term. \If you move out before the contract period, we will not refund your money.

Utilities are not included
