Futtsu City: For those who are approved for child support allowance.

<現況届について>
In order to continue receiving the child support allowance, the recipient must submit a notification of current status during the month of August in order to confirm the status of the recipient's household members as of August 1 each year and the child support received in the previous year.
Without this notification, the recipient will not be able to receive the allowance from November onward, so please make sure to follow the procedure.
Information will be sent to the recipients on July 24th.

In addition, for those recipients who meet the requirements such as five years have passed since they received the Child Support Allowance, please submit the Notification of Reasons for Exclusion from Application for Partial Payment together with the notification of the current situation along with the necessary documents, which was mailed on June 20.

<現況届の休日受付について>
Normally, the notification of current status is accepted only on weekdays, but it will be accepted on holidays.
