This is an announcement from the Safety Measures Section of Kamagaya City Hall.

This is to inform you of the status of damage by telephone deception in April 2024.

In April, one case of （ 6 million yen ） was reported in Kamagaya City.
As for the damage from January to April, the amount of damage has increased compared to last year.

Please take measures by setting your home landline phone to answering machine.

If you are told over the phone that you need money immediately or that you will get your money back, it is most likely a scam.
Do not worry on your own; talk to your family or the police.
