[ALERT] Availability of PECOS AI in the Production Environment, 8/26/2024

There is an issue with CMS Enterprise Portal impacting PECOS AI and DataMart in the Production environment. Users may be experiencing latency and errors.  We are currently in contact with support teams to resolve the issue, and an update will be sent once the applications become available again.
