Consultation on earthquake resistance by architects （ Nambu Umego Community Center ）

Since the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake, large earthquakes have occurred in various regions of Japan, and there is a growing awareness that a major earthquake could occur anywhere at any time. In Noda City, a consultation session on earthquake resistance will be held for wooden detached houses built before May 31, 1981, by architects from the Tokatsu Branch of the Chiba Association of Architectural Firms and the Noda Nagareyama Branch of the Chiba Prefecture Society of Architects, as follows.

1 ． Targets Owners of two-story or smaller houses built before May 31, 1981 with conventional wooden construction method

2 ． Date and Time June 30, 2024 （ Sun ） 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3 ． Location Nanbu Umego Community Center

4 ． Contents (1)Lecture on wooden earthquake resistance and reinforcement work 9:00 am to 9:45 am
(2)Individual consultation on earthquake resistance （ An architect will provide consultation on earthquake resistance for wooden houses according to the situation of your house. The consultation will be held at the following time. ） 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
*Reservations must be made in advance for the lecture and individual seismic consultation.
*Please bring photos and drawings of your home （ building permit documents, etc. ） if you wish to have an earthquake-proof consultation.
