Aug. 23 （ Wed ） We received information today that a female child was followed by an unknown man on a street in Maehara-nishi 2-chome at around 11:50 am.
The police have been notified. The man is described as about 20 years old, about 180 cm tall, with black head hair, black shirt, black sandals, and foreign-looking. If you encounter a suspicious person, do not hesitate to tell him to run away, shout, ring the security buzzer, or call for help immediately and call 110.
