Rental Housing Committee -

 

On December 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., the Rental Housing Committee is holding a public hearing to consider potential modifications to allowed rent increases in the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance (MHRSO), an implementation of the City’s state-certified 2023-31 Housing Element Program 3.2, related to displacement prevention and mitigation efforts.  Program 3.2 includes a comprehensive list of policies, programs, and actions, including reviewing the City’s MHRSO.
