Looking for people who can play with children in English.

I have two children ages 5 and 4. It has been almost 3 years since we have been in an English environment, but their English has not improved as much as we would like and they seem to lack confidence in speaking English. We are looking for someone who can be an English speaker and playmate for our children. Any nationality is welcome.
