Can you tell me which dentists are good and inexpensive for implants?

I recently needed several implants. My dentist told me that it would be $4,000 to $6,000 per implant. No insurance. There used to be a dentist near LA that offered implants in the $2000s per implant, but I can't take the step because I think there is a reason why the price is so low. If anyone knows of a good and inexpensive dentist, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
Due to circumstances, having treatment in Japan is not an option, so I am in a lot of trouble.
