Looking to foster 3 budgies （ family ）

Due to family circumstances, I will be returning to Japan permanently. Therefore, we are looking for a foster family for our pet budgerigar family by the end of September. We are looking for someone who has kept parakeets before if possible.
The family is a family of three birds: mom is blue-white, dad is yellow-green, and gray is the child （ who is already an adult ）. Mom seems to be blind and cannot fly well. Rarely, they come out of their cage and explore the room by walking around on the floor. Sometimes they fly away, but since they cannot fly well, they hit the wall. Therefore, we have to keep an eye on them when mom comes out of the cage. Also, the nails of the father and children do not grow, but those of the mother do, so they need to be cut about once a year. All three birds are not raised to be handfed, but dad and the kids will get on my hand when I feed them. Mom eats vegetables from my hand. They are very cute birds.
