Working with VISA support

I am a female in my 20s.
I currently hold an F1 visa, but my status is about to expire … I would like to continue to stay in the US and am considering working here.
(I know that I can stay here for max 5 years if I keep going to school, but the cost is too high, so I would like to take a form of employment. \I have gained a lot of experience as an office worker in Japan, such as public relations and sales ・ administration, so I think I can be of some help to you.

If you know of any companies that can help us with the VISA switchover, or if you know someone who could accept us as a member … please let us know.
