Description

The Fureai Asaichi Promotion Council holds the Fureai Asaichi (Morning Market) every Saturday in the parking lot of the Civic Auditorium, which was started as a place for citizens and producers to meet and interact. The market promotes local production for local consumption by delivering fresh, nutritious, and in-season agricultural and livestock products, and many citizens visit the market.
Since FY2022, the "Fureai Marché Iruma" has been held four times a year at the city hall as a new project to promote local agricultural and livestock products and create opportunities for citizens to purchase them. We believe that this project will lead to the promotion of local production for local consumption and the expansion of consumption. Fureai Marche Iruma" is scheduled to be held again in 2023.
