Lessons are held in Japanese ／ English according to the participants^

Please feel free to bring your own mat and water ♪

We welcome your children and dogs.


Classes are on a donation basis ($ 15-20recommended)

Lots of free parking available.

Rain Cancellation （ If cancelled, we will notify you by 10 ： 15 in the comment section here ）


Our instructors are certified Pilates, Yoga and personal trainers.
If you are not a fan of exercise, please feel free to join us.
