Free online seminar "Parent-child communication during adolescence" by HUB PARK （ a certified non-profit organization in the U.S. HUB PARK. Supporting Diverse Lives ・ and Ways of Working for People with Roots in Japan. ） will host the event. Please join us ！!

Instructor is Risako Watanabe, Adult Developmental Psychologist ・ Fellow, Coaching Institute, Harvard Medical School. She is the president of Watanabe&Associates, Inc. She is a visiting researcher at Keio University. Studied under Professor Robert ・ Keegan while at Harvard Graduate School of Education. He provides organizational executive training and coaching based on developmental psychology and adaptive leadership theory. He also conducts joint research with institutions of higher education in Japan and abroad, including the measurement of adult development. He is a graduate of Harvard University's Graduate School of Education (Ed.M.) and the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Government (MGA). He is currently a doctoral student at Columbia University. His areas of expertise are organizations and leadership. His experience in providing executive training ・ coaching for leaders in the public and private sectors around the world will teach him about communication, especially feedback methods, to foster autonomy in adolescents ・ and high school students based on leadership theory and adult learning theory.
