Job Description | Emergency call operator / telephone interpreter in a call center. 1. Taking calls that are routed to our office as emergency calls and make/send reports to Embassies and Consulate offices. Interpretation services necessary for the daily life of expatriates and Consulate offices. Interpretation services necessary for the daily life of expatriates and their family members from Japan in the USA. Requirements: Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in business level Japanese and English. Basic PC skills. MS Word and Excel.
