Job Description	This job involves arranging viewings of luxury residences and other properties, preparing contract documents, and handling real estate sales procedures for Japan's leading wealthy clients. We are developing sales agency and investment development business for newly built properties which are difficult to handle by other companies, utilizing our solid experience in the industry and strong network. We are particularly proud of the Trump International Hotel Waikiki （ now Ka La'i Waikiki Beach LXR Hotels&Resorts ） and The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach, Each has sold 35% of its properties to the Japanese market. Large projects are underway and we intend to further expand our business in the future. We are looking for new people to join us and lead our sales business. With offices in Waikiki and Tokyo, we have an office and owner's lounge in Ka La'i Waikiki Beach in Waikiki, which provides a comfortable space for clients who purchase from us only. As a member of the "Kufu Company" group of companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market, we also enjoy a high degree of credibility in the Japanese market.
