Umekouken is the Honolulu branch of Asahikawa's representative ramen restaurant, Umekouken ！ We are proud to present our "W soup," a combination of animal soup from tonkotsu (pork knuckle) and chicken bones, and seafood flavor from niboshi (dried sardines) and kombu (kelp). We are grateful that many of the customers who came to our former restaurant in the old Yokocho have become repeat customers and have visited our new restaurant many times.
