I am looking for someone to rent a house for a period around the end of May to the beginning of August as I will be returning to Japan for a VISA changeover. \The house is located in a quiet residential area in Albany, a town next to Berkeley (about 20 minutes from the nearest bus stop to UC Berkeley). It is a one-story house with 1bed and 1bathroom. Even though it is on the property, it has a separate entrance and is covered by a fence, so you can feel secure in terms of privacy. The landlord is very kind and will respond immediately in case of any problems.

There is a washer/dryer ・ dishwasher, etc. dedicated to the house and everything you need for your daily life. You may also use our electric scooter or bicycle if you wish. If you park your car, it will be parked on the street.
