We are looking for someone to rent a master bedroom （ private room with separate bathroom and toilet ） in a condo in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Pleasant Hill \.
The room is 230 sqft （ excluding closet and bathroom ） and is large enough to fit a king size bed, bookshelf and desk chair.
2BR/ 2br so no need to share bathroom. Limited to 1 adult.
2BR/ 2BR with balcony. Rooms are unfurnished, but kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully furnished and equipped for cooking.
$ 1350/month rent includes laundry, parking, water, and pool access.
Move-in is ＄ 2700 （ ＄ 1350 deposit ＋ 1 month rent ） .
High speed WiFi is $ 30/month for 2 people, PG&E is ＄ 45-48/month for me alone, $ 65~100/month for 2 people.
Location is 5 min drive from DVC （ Contra Costa College ） 2 Safeways nearby, Hwy 680 entrance/exit in 2-3 min,
Concord BART station, Starbucks, Sunvalley Mall, The Veranda, etc within 10 min. within 10 minutes.

The master bedroom is unfurnished but sufficiently furnished in shared kitchen/living room. Some pots, pans, silverwares, utensils, etc. are shared, if you like.

The total move-in cost is ＄ 2700 （ ＄ 1350/ monthly rent and one-month worth as deposit)
We share the cost of XFINITY WiFi ($ 30/month) and gas/ electricity (The most recent bill ＄ 42 by myself, $ 65~100/month for 2 in the past).

It is conveniently located near DVC (junior college), Safeway, WholeFoods, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Peet's, gyms in Sunvalley Mall, and The Veranda shopping center- All within 5-10 minute-drive, and Hwy 680 entrance/exit in 3-5 minute-drive away.
Nearest Concord BART station within 15 minutes by driving.
